How to contact us
Email [email protected] from the address connected to your account. Describe what you expected, what happened and when it occurred. Do not send passwords, session cookies, complete API keys, wallet recovery phrases or private source images unless support provides a secure and necessary method.
Image-processing problems
Include the job ID, selected operations, approximate submission time, input format and output format. Explain whether the job failed, remained queued, used an unexpected number of credits or completed with an unsuitable result. Preserve the original locally because PixMender image files receive a 24-hour expiry time and may become unavailable afterward.
API and webhook help
Include the endpoint, HTTP method, request time, job or delivery ID and a sanitized response containing the status and error code. Remove Authorization headers, signatures and secrets. For webhooks, say whether the problem concerns delivery, signature verification, retries or duplicate handling.
Account and verification
For sign-in, email verification or account-access problems, contact us from the account email where possible and describe the last successful access. We may request limited information to verify ownership. Support will never ask for your password or a complete API key.
Credits and USDT payments
For a credit issue, include the ledger time or related job ID. For a USDT purchase, include the PixMender order ID and public transaction hash, but never a private key or seed phrase. Transfers sent on the wrong network, to the wrong address or in the wrong token may be unrecoverable.
Privacy and account requests
Send access, correction, deletion, restriction or account-closure requests from the account email and state the request clearly. We may verify identity and will explain if a payment, security, audit or legal record cannot be deleted immediately.
Abuse and rights reports
Report suspected misuse, copyright or trademark concerns, non-consensual imagery or other rights issues with the relevant URL or job ID, your relationship to the material and enough context to investigate. Do not attach unlawful content. We may ask for proof of identity, ownership or authorization before taking action.
Security reports
For a possible vulnerability, provide safe reproduction steps, affected components and likely impact. Do not access another user's data, degrade the service or publish an unpatched issue. See the Security page for responsible-reporting expectations.
